The Liberty Lofts, located on South University Drive, is a unique apartment building that features a variety of apartment options, a pool, an exercise facility, and a clubhouse. The Liberty Lofts are privately owned and operated but were developed in partnership with TCU to meet the growing need for apartment-style housing for TCU residents. The partnership helps to allow students all the benefits of TCU Housing while allowing them to take that next step into independent living following their graduation from TCU.
