The rate for Summer Housing is charged per session, beginning on Saturday, May 9. You will be assigned to a double occupancy room with an XL-Twin bed. Hill/Walsh Hall(s) are community-style restrooms. The rates are as follows:
May Session: $600
June Session: $960
July Session: $570
*Students staying between sessions will be charged for the additional day(s).
The meal plan will provide 15 meals per week with Campus Cash. Meal plans are required if staying in the summer Hall.

June Session Plan (includes $250 Campus Cash): $1020
July Session Plan (includes $200 Campus Cash): $865*
*July meal plan ends one week before some classes conclude.
Residence Hall(s) Access:
Hill/Walsh Hall(s) exterior doors remain locked 24 hours per day and are only accessible with your TCU ID Card once you have been given a summer assignment. If you are new to TCU or you have lost your TCU ID Card, you must go to the ID Card Center, located on the 2nd floor of the Brown-Lupton University Union, to have an official TCU ID Card printed.
May Session: Residents can remain in their current on-campus housing assignment until Thursday, May 14, and then move to their summer assignment between 12:00pm and 5:00pm. Please go to the Hill/Walsh Hall(s) desk, and staff members will be available to assist you.
June Session: You can move in on Sunday, May 31, between 11:00am and 1:00pm. Please go to the Hill/Walsh Hall(s) desk, and staff members will be available to assist you.
July Session: You can move in on Sunday, July 5, between 11:00am and 1:00pm. Please go to the Hill/Walsh Hall(s) desk, and staff members will be available to assist you.
You must remove all of your items, clean your space, and return your room key following the checkout instructions provided by the RA staff to avoid charges being placed on your student account.
May Session: Friday, May 29, by 7:00pm
June Session: Thursday, July 2, by 7:00pm
July Session: Friday, July 31, by 7:00pm if you are not living on campus for Fall 2026. If you are moving to a different room on campus for Fall 2026, you will move to that space on Friday, July 31, between 2:00pm and 7:00pm. Additional information will be sent to your TCU email account.
