Safety and Security
We care deeply for student well-being. The following procedures include fire safety, fire alarm evacuation, residence hall exterior doors, suspicious persons, tornado safety, and contacting TCU police.
Housing License
The Housing License is a full academic-year agreement that outlines the terms, responsibilities, and expectations for students living in TCU-owned or master-leased housing. All students residing in the residential community must sign the Housing License, which confirms their commitment to abide by TCU Housing & Residence Life policies and procedures.
