2024 Summer School Housing

This Summer School Housing/Dining Application will open on or about April 1, 2024.

We will email students with those details toward the end of March.

Summer School Housing Rates:

The rate for summer school housing is charged per session, beginning on Saturday, May 11. You will be assigned to a Milton Daniel double occupancy room with an XL-Twin and share a community-style restroom.

  • May Session: $480
  • June Session: $816
  • July Session:  $480

 

Students staying between sessions will not be charged for the additional day(s).

Summer School Meal Plans:

The meal plan will provide 15 meals per week with Campus Cash. Meal plans are required if staying in the Summer School hall (Milton Daniel).

All students living on campus during summer academic terms are required to purchase a meal plan during the terms they are enrolled. Summer term begins May 13, 2024 and continues through July 26, 2024.

1 Week Plan – $205.00 (7 days)

  • 15 meal swipes anywhere per week
  • $50 Campus Cash

May Plan – $543.00 (May 13-June 1)

  • 15 meal swipes anywhere per week
  • $150 Campus Cash

June Plan – $1,058.00 (June 2-July 6)

July Plan – $629.00 (July 7-July 26)

  • 15 meal swipes anywhere per week

Commuter 25 Block – $560.00

  • 25 meal swipes per summer

Summer Campus Cash expires at the end of the summer term.

There are no meal swipe exchanges in the summer term.

Your Fall Campus Cash & Frog Bucks will roll over to the Spring, and your new Spring balances will be available.

Unused Campus Cash and Frog Bucks will expire at the end of the Spring semester.

Changing Your Meal Plan

Residential students may change or cancel (if applicable) their meal plan until the 12th class day of each semester. To adjust your meal plan, please email housing@tcu.edu with your name, TCU ID#, and meal plan selection, and our office will facilitate that change for you.

First-year students (freshmen) are only eligible for the Ultimate Flex 19 meal plan.


Commuter Meal Plan Changes

For students who live at home or off-campus wishing to add, change, or cancel their meals, please email housing@tcu.edu with your name, TCU ID#, and meal plan selection, and our office will facilitate that change for you.

If you are/going to be an HRL or FSL Resident Assistant (RA), Lead Resident Assistant (LRA), Community Manager (CM), or Inclusive Impact Advocate (IIA), please email housing@tcu.edu with your TCU ID, name, position, and desired meal plan.
