Your Fall Campus Cash & Frog Bucks will roll over to the Spring, and your new Spring balances will be available.
Unused Campus Cash and Frog Bucks will expire at the end of the Spring semester.

Changing Your Meal Plan
- Residential students may change or cancel (if applicable) their meal plan via their Housing/Dining Application until the 12th class day of each semester.
- First-year students (freshmen) are only eligible for the Ultimate Flex 19 meal plan.
Commuter Meal Plan Changes
- Students who live at home or off-campus can select, change, or cancel a commuter meal plan by logging into my.tcu.edu, clicking on Student Services, clicking on Housing Portal, and then selecting the Commuter Meal Plan option.
- The deadline to change or cancel your meal plan is the 12th class day. No changes or cancellations can be made after this date.
Resident Assistants, Lead Resident Assistants, Community Managers, & Cultural Connectors
- If you are/going to be an HRL or FSL Resident Assistant (RA), Lead Resident Assistant (LRA), Community Manager (CM), or Cultural Connector (CC), please do not change your meal plan via the Housing Application. Instead, please email housing@tcu.edu with your TCU ID, name, position and desired meal plan.
- The deadline to change your meal plan is the 12th class day. No changes or cancellations can be made after this date.

To opt out of your meal plan, please log into your Housing/Dining Application and go to the meal plan selection page. Select “No Commuter Meal Plan” from the drown-down menu. Students must opt out of their meal plan prior to the 12th class day each semester.

Departmental meal cards are provided for business purposes centered around students, such as, student programming and/or events, training, or a staff member treating a student to a meal. Departmental meal cards are not to be used for employee meals, coffee, or snacks, unless it is directly tied to a job function benefiting students.
Departments may purchase meals in a block of 25 ($240) or 50 ($475) and/or purchase campus cash. These purchases are nonrefundable. Please follow the instructions on the form and allow 5-7 business days for the meals to be added to the corresponding departmental meal card.
Employee Meal Plan $475
50 swipes to Market Square, beginning August 14.
Payroll deduction over 3 months.
If paid monthly, payment is divided over 3 checks.
If paid bi-weekly, payment is divided over 6 checks.
The Employee Meal Plan is non-transferable.
