If you need IT maintenance in your room, please contact the IT Department at https://it.tcu.edu.
The University reserves the right to enter a student’s room at any time for maintenance purposes. Facilities employees are required to wear TCU uniforms. When a work order has been placed for individual residence hall rooms, expect the teams to enter the space to repair the issue in a timely manner. The University is not responsible for any damage to your belongings resulting from maintenance issues.
Campus Network
Each residence hall room provides a connection to TCU’s computer network, which gives you access to the Internet, email, and the library system. If you have questions, call the TCU Help Desk at 817-257-4357 (HELP) or https://go.tcu.edu/help. Setup instructions for computers are available at https://go.tcu.edu/help.
