The Liberty Lofts, located on South University Drive, is a unique apartment building that features a variety of apartment options, a pool, an exercise facility, and a clubhouse. The Liberty Lofts are privately owned and operated but were developed in partnership with TCU to meet the growing need for apartment-style housing for TCU residents. The partnership allows students to enjoy all the benefits of TCU Housing while enabling them to take that next step into independent living following their graduation from TCU.

Each resident will receive a mailbox key assigned to their apartment.

The mail center is located on the outside wall of the clubhouse, near the pool area.

Packages can be delivered in two ways:

Front Door Delivery: If the resident is comfortable sharing the car gate code (9700) with delivery companies, they will usually drop packages at your front door.
Mail Center Delivery: Alternatively, companies can leave packages in the mail center.

If a package is placed in the mail center, the resident will find a key in their mailbox.
This key will be labeled for a larger mailbox. Use this key to access the larger mailbox and retrieve their package.
Once the resident opens the larger mailbox, the key will automatically stay in the lock and cannot be removed. This allows other residents to use the key as needed.
