The GrandMarc, located on West Berry, is a unique apartment building that features a variety of apartment options, a parking deck, a pool, an exercise facility, and a media room. The GrandMarc is a TCU-owned property developed to meet the growing need for apartment-style housing for TCU residents. The GrandMarc Apartments allow students all the benefits of TCU housing while enabling them to take that next step into independent living.

The parking garage that sits between the two towers of GrandMarc is not overseen by Housing and Residence Life. For questions or concerns about the GrandMarc Parking Garage, please contact the TCU Police Department.
